Last updated: July 9, 2026

1. Overview

These Terms of Use and End-User License Agreement (collectively, "Terms") govern your use of the Mac and mobile applications published by MrOldManDave Apps, including Netball Scoreboard, GoalCall, Tap4Shift, StreetTucker, Yard2Road, Beta Bridge, Final Horn, Coach Me Netball, Coach Me Soccer, Coach Me Hockey, Coach Me Baseball, Coach Me Umpire Netball, Diamond Scoreboard, FadSherpa, CoachMe EqualPlay Lineup, CIF - Can I Fish, theAngler, Icarus Directory, Element Flux, COSMO WARDEN, A Traders Journey, BlackHole Drop, Sports Hakken, Stock4Chairs, SubmitWise, DiskLint, and Am I Wrong? Vote (each, an "App"). By downloading, installing, or using an App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not install or use the Apps.

If an App is used on behalf of a club, school, business, or organisation, you represent that you have authority to accept these Terms for that entity.

2. App Store / Platform Terms

Your use of an App may also be governed by the terms of the platform from which you download it (for example, the Apple App Store or Google Play). These Terms supplement those platform terms. If there is a conflict, the applicable platform terms control where required.

Apple devices: For Apps used on Apple-branded devices, the applicable App Store listing may also incorporate Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement. These Terms supplement that Apple-platform license for service-specific matters unless the listing presents a different custom EULA. As between you and Apple, the Apps are licensed by MrOldManDave Apps, not Apple. Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the Apps. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms for Apple-platform use and may enforce them.

Google Play: Use of Apps on Google Play is also subject to the Google Play Terms of Service and related billing/refund terms that apply in your region.

3. License Grant

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use the Apps on devices that you own or control, and as permitted by applicable platform usage rules. Except where platform terms permit otherwise (for example, approved Family Sharing/volume purchasing), you may not distribute, transfer, sublicense, or make an App available over a network for use by multiple devices at the same time. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

4. Netball Scoreboard — Pro Upgrade (In-App Purchase)

Netball Scoreboard may offer an optional one-time Pro upgrade (the "Pro Upgrade") that unlocks additional features such as manual sharing of Scoreboards and History via the system share sheet. Transactions are processed by the relevant app store provider (Apple or Google); we do not receive your full payment card details. The App only receives confirmation from the store provider to enable Pro features.

5. Netball Scoreboard — On-Device Operation, Sharing, and Match Records

Core functionality, including scoring and match history, runs entirely on your device. Netball Scoreboard does not transmit your match data to our servers.

If you choose to share content (for example, exported scoreboards or history), sharing is initiated by you using your device's system share features. You are responsible for the content you choose to share and for complying with the rules and laws that apply to the destination services you select.

Netball Scoreboard is an operational scoring aid. Where formal competition rules require an official scorer, umpire, or governing body record, that official record controls.

6. GoalCall — Accounts, Clubs/Teams, and User Content

GoalCall is designed for private club/team coordination. To use GoalCall, you may need to create an account and sign in (for example, using Sign in with Apple and/or Google sign-in).

GoalCall may allow you to create, join, or participate in clubs/teams and to submit content such as messages, attendance/check-ins, and other information used for team coordination ("User Content").

Visibility: User Content may be visible to other members of your club/team based on roles and permissions. GoalCall is not a public social media feed and is intended for closed groups.

Club/team administrators: If you create or manage a club/team, you are responsible for inviting members, assigning roles, and using GoalCall in a way that is appropriate for your group (including obtaining any consents you need).

Your content rights: You retain ownership of your User Content. You grant us a limited license to host, process, transmit, and display that content solely to operate and secure GoalCall for your club/team.

Age and supervision: GoalCall is intended for organised club/team coordination, not public social networking. Clubs, schools, parents, and guardians are responsible for ensuring participation complies with applicable age, consent, and safeguarding requirements.

We may update GoalCall features, access controls, or eligibility settings to reflect legal and regulatory requirements (including applicable online safety or social-media minimum-age laws).

7. Tap4Shift — Attendance, Subscriptions, and Workplace Responsibility

Tap4Shift is designed to help employers manage staff, shifts, clock-in/clock-out records, optional geofence rules, attendance exports, employer roles, and workplace plan access.

Employer features require an auto-renewable subscription purchased through Apple. Payment is charged to the Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Subscriptions can be managed or cancelled in the user's Apple account settings.

Only employer Owner accounts should purchase or manage Tap4Shift subscriptions. Staff users do not purchase subscriptions in Tap4Shift. Staff access depends on credentials created by the employer and the employer's active workplace plan.

Tap4Shift is not legal, payroll, tax, HR, or workplace compliance advice and is not a substitute for your own compliance obligations. Employers and managers remain responsible for lawful rostering, pay rates, breaks, overtime, record-keeping, employee consent, location/geofence policies, and pay-slip obligations under applicable workplace laws.

You are responsible for reviewing roster, location, attendance, break, exception, and export information before relying on it for payroll, compliance, disciplinary, or operational decisions.

7A. StreetTucker - Vendor Listings, Reviews, Location, Loyalty, and ABN Checks

StreetTucker is an Australian food truck discovery app for customers and mobile food vendors. Customers can browse vendors, view current trading locations or regular spots, save favourites, use map/nearby features, participate in vendor loyalty features where enabled, and submit simple reviews. Vendors can manage business profile details, status, contact details, menu previews, catering availability, ABN trust-check details, loyalty settings, uploaded profile/logo media, and location notes.

StreetTucker does not provide continuous live vendor GPS tracking, driver tracking, delivery tracking, public chat, or customer food-order checkout unless a future version expressly adds those features. Vendor location information depends on details entered or updated by vendors or selected through optional location tools and may be inaccurate, delayed, incomplete, or affected by weather, events, permits, sell-outs, equipment issues, staff availability, or operational changes.

Vendors are responsible for the accuracy, legality, and currency of their listings, trading claims, ABNs, menus, prices, images, logos, contact details, locations, opening hours, allergen or dietary statements, permits, council approvals, food-safety compliance, insurance, GST/tax obligations, loyalty offers, and customer communications. Customers are responsible for checking details with the vendor before travelling, queuing, ordering, purchasing, relying on allergen information, or redeeming a loyalty reward.

ABN trust checks use public ABN Lookup information as a vendor trust signal only. An ABN Checked badge or ABN result does not confirm food licensing, council approval, insurance, identity beyond the public ABN record, trading permission at a location, quality, safety, or suitability of a vendor.

Reviews, ratings, reports, vendor profiles, images, logos, and other submitted content must be lawful, honest, respectful, non-infringing, and based on genuine use or experience. You grant us a limited licence to host, process, display, moderate, and remove that content as needed to operate StreetTucker. StreetTucker may use reporting, moderation, listing removal, review restriction, loyalty restriction, account suspension, account deletion, or other controls to protect users, vendors, and service integrity.

StreetTucker may offer Apple StoreKit purchases or subscriptions such as customer Remove Ads and vendor access plans. These app purchases are for StreetTucker features and entitlements, not direct payment for food, catering, or goods from vendors. Food purchases and any vendor/customer arrangements outside the app are between the customer and vendor unless a future released feature states otherwise.

Rule summaries, signal notes, quiz answers, checklist prompts, and scenario explanations are simplified learning aids. They may not cover every local competition variation, interpretation, update, or match-specific instruction. You should check the current official rules and any competition or association directions before relying on the app in training, assessment, or match-day settings.

Curated videos, scenario links, or external learning references may be provided for convenience. Third-party content can change, become unavailable, or be subject to separate terms and privacy policies, and we do not control or endorse every statement made in third-party material.

You remain responsible for your officiating decisions, match administration duties, safeguarding obligations, and compliance with applicable competition, association, or governing-body requirements. Use the app during training or match-day environments only where device use is permitted and safe for the setting.

8F. FadSherpa — Informational Content and Ads

FadSherpa is designed to help parents, coaches, educators, and other adults interpret slang, memes, and trend language in plain English.

FadSherpa content is provided for general informational use only. Trend explanations can change quickly, may rely on third-party or publicly available sources, and may not capture every nuance, regional variation, or context.

FadSherpa is not legal advice, mental health advice, safeguarding advice, or a substitute for professional judgment. If ads are shown, they may be delivered by Google AdMob (and, where configured, mediation partners), subject to applicable platform rules, your in-app/device privacy choices, and law.

If a league, tournament, school, or club requires an official lineup sheet or approved roster process, that official process controls.

CoachMe EqualPlay Lineup may offer a free plan and optional Pro access through Apple StoreKit. Pro access may include unlimited use across sports, unlimited teams and saved lineups, advanced fair rotation tools, report sharing, export outputs, and custom colour presets. Pricing, purchase confirmation, refunds, restoration, and related billing matters are handled by Apple through your Apple account.

8K. Element Flux — Game Progression, Save Data, and Non-Educational Use

Element Flux is designed as a factory-building progression game for iPhone and iPad where players discover materials, automate production, expand industry, and work toward a Mars launch objective.

Element Flux is entertainment software only. Although it uses Elements and materials as part of its resource system, it is not designed as school content, chemistry instruction, scientific advice, or formal training.

During development and in any pre-release builds, recipes, balance, progression systems, and save structures may change. You remain responsible for maintaining your own device backups where available and understanding that pre-release progress may be reset, modified, or removed.

8L. COSMO WARDEN - Action Game, Save Data, and Clean-Room Asset Boundaries

COSMO WARDEN is designed as an original Unity mobile sci-fi action game for iPhone, iPad, and Android where players move through scrolling stages, collect POWER crystals, transform between Human and Armoured combat modes, use temporary special weapons, and battle the Hydra Core boss.

COSMO WARDEN is entertainment software only. It is a clean-room original game and is not an emulator, ROM wrapper, arcade machine replacement, or official product of any other game owner. Do not use the app or related materials to distribute ROMs, copied sprites, copied music, copied logos, screenshots, video frames, or other unauthorized third-party assets.

Gameplay balance, save structures, controls, stages, boss behavior, art, audio, platform services, and store availability may change during development or pre-release testing. You are responsible for maintaining device backups where available and understanding that pre-release progress may be reset, modified, or removed.

Optional platform services such as achievements, leaderboards, cloud save, haptics, sharing, or store review prompts may be added later. Where those services are enabled, availability and account behavior may depend on Apple, Google, device, region, and network conditions.

8M. A Traders Journey — Fictional Strategy Game, Save Data, Ads, and Subscriptions

A Traders Journey is designed as an original strategy game for iPhone and iPad where players read fictional station markets, buy and sell fictional assets, accept cargo contracts, travel between stations, earn crew-share payouts, upgrade a ship, and grow a fictional freight company.

A Traders Journey is entertainment software only. All tickers, assets, companies, commodities, futures, stations, contracts, routes, currencies, prices, and payouts are fictional. The app does not provide real-world investment, financial, trading, crypto, currency, gambling, business, tax, accounting, legal, or professional advice. You remain responsible for your own real-world decisions and should not use in-game outcomes as guidance for real markets.

Gameplay balance, save structures, station data, contract rewards, promotion requirements, ship upgrades, company milestones, ad behavior, and subscription features may change during development or pre-release testing. You are responsible for maintaining device backups where available and understanding that pre-release progress may be reset, modified, or removed.

The free tier may show full-screen ads after completed travel. Optional ad-free subscriptions, if released, are handled through Apple StoreKit. Subscription pricing, duration, renewal, cancellation, refunds, restoration, and tax handling are managed by Apple through your Apple account.

8N. BlackHole Drop - Arcade Game, Save Data, Ads, and Purchases

BlackHole Drop is designed as an original Unity mobile arcade game for iPhone and Android phones where players steer a growing black hole, absorb smaller objects, collect coins, unlock skins, use powerups, and progress through timed target-mass levels.

BlackHole Drop is entertainment software only. Gameplay scores, coins, stars, skins, powerups, target mass, timers, and progression are fictional game systems and have no real-world monetary, scientific, astronomical, or professional meaning.

The current MVP uses mock ad and purchase services. If production ads, rewarded ads, remove-ads purchases, passes, subscriptions, or other paid features are released, availability, pricing, restoration, refunds, cancellation, and entitlement behavior will depend on the relevant app store provider and the released build.

Gameplay balance, save structures, object tiers, skins, powerups, ad behavior, purchase behavior, platform support, art, audio, and store availability may change during development or pre-release testing. You are responsible for maintaining device backups where available and understanding that pre-release progress may be reset, modified, or removed.

8O. Beta Bridge / BetaBridge - TestFlight Discovery, Listings, and User Responsibility

Beta Bridge is designed to help developers and external testers discover beta opportunities for apps already distributed through Apple TestFlight.

Beta Bridge is independent from Apple and is not an official Apple, TestFlight, or App Store Connect marketplace. Beta Bridge does not host app binaries, distribute builds, bypass TestFlight, or replace App Store Connect workflows. Participation in a listed beta is expected to occur through the developer's official public TestFlight link, and Apple TestFlight handles invitation acceptance, installation, updates, and TestFlight feedback.

Beta Bridge may offer an optional App Store Connect import feature to help pre-populate listing drafts with a developer's current app metadata. Where this feature is used, Key ID, Issuer ID, and .p8 private key material are stored locally in your device Keychain and can be removed using the Clear ASC Credentials control. When import or metadata checks run, the credentials are sent over HTTPS to our Firebase Cloud Function, used only to create a short-lived App Store Connect API token and retrieve authorized metadata from Apple, and are not stored on Beta Bridge servers. You are responsible for ensuring you are authorized to use those credentials, using an appropriately scoped App Store Connect API key, keeping your device and credentials secure, revoking keys in App Store Connect if they are no longer needed or may be compromised, and confirming imported metadata before publication.

Developers are responsible for ensuring they own or are authorized to list the app, that their TestFlight public link is official and lawful to share, that listing content and uploaded media do not infringe third-party rights, and that their own beta, privacy policy, support, and tester communications comply with applicable laws and Apple/platform rules.

Testers are responsible for deciding whether to join a third-party beta and for complying with TestFlight, Apple, and the developer's own beta terms. Beta Bridge does not guarantee that a listed beta is available, safe, suitable, approved by Apple, free of defects, or operated by the developer exactly as described.

You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of listings, links, applications, feedback, uploaded images, and profile information you submit. Beta Bridge may apply moderation controls (including reporting, blocking, listing review, listing removal, account warnings, account restrictions, and admin review) to protect users, enforce these Terms, and preserve service integrity. Paid plans, boosts, credits, or visibility features do not override moderation, safety, or platform rules.

8P. Final Horn - Timing Utility Use and Match Responsibility

Final Horn is designed as a multi-sport timing utility for iPhone and iPad. It is intended to support practical game timing workflows for coaches, officials, teachers, schools, and clubs.

Final Horn is an operational timing aid and does not replace official competition requirements where leagues, governing bodies, or appointed officials control the authoritative match clock.

Sport presets, timer rules, and timing structures may change as the app is updated. You remain responsible for applying the correct rules for your competition and verifying final timing decisions where required.

8Q. Sports Hakken - Event Discovery, Submissions, Location, and Source Responsibility

Sports Hakken is designed as a public niche sports event discovery app for Australia. Users can browse public events, review source links, save events, use optional location-based Near Me discovery, add events to Apple Calendar, submit events for admin review, and report incorrect details where those features are available.

Sports Hakken is an event discovery and planning aid only. Event details may be imported from public sources, submitted by users or organisers, reviewed by admins, or updated over time. Dates, times, venues, prices, access requirements, booking availability, cancellation status, age groups, skill levels, accessibility details, and organiser information may be inaccurate, incomplete, delayed, changed, or unavailable.

You are responsible for checking the original source, organiser website, venue, booking provider, competition body, council notice, or other official source before travelling, paying, entering, spectating, or relying on an event listing.

Event submissions, reports, source links, organiser details, images, notes, and other submitted content must be lawful, accurate to the best of your knowledge, respectful, non-infringing, and submitted only where you have the right to provide the information. You grant us a limited licence to host, process, display, review, moderate, edit, reject, remove, or de-identify that content as needed to operate Sports Hakken and preserve directory integrity.

Optional Near Me location features depend on device permission and current device accuracy. Location results are convenience filters only and do not guarantee that an event is nearby, suitable, safe, accessible, open, or available. Apple Calendar entries are created only when you choose to add an event and should be checked against official event details.

Sports Hakken may offer future paid event listings, listing credits, organiser plans, or related promotional features. Paid listing or visibility tools, if released, do not guarantee attendance, booking conversions, event approval, search ranking, public safety, organiser legitimacy, or event success.

8R. Stock4Chairs - Inventory Records and Operational Responsibility

Stock4Chairs is designed as a practical stock-count and inventory helper for chair-based businesses, venues, clubs, schools, hire teams, and other teams managing chair-related stock or supplies.

Stock4Chairs is an operational record-keeping aid. You remain responsible for checking physical stock, verifying counts before ordering or hiring out items, maintaining any required business records, and complying with workplace, safety, tax, accounting, or regulatory obligations that apply to your organisation.

Inventory counts, reorder notes, condition notes, and availability information depend on what users enter and maintain. The app does not guarantee stock availability, product suitability, safe use of equipment, successful fulfilment, or compliance with your internal policies.

Stock4Chairs may offer Free, Pro, and Business Pack access through Apple StoreKit. Paid access may include one-time purchases and Business Pack may include monthly or yearly auto-renewable subscriptions. Subscription pricing, duration, renewal, cancellation, refunds, restoration, and tax handling are managed by Apple through your Apple account.

8S. SubmitWise - App Store Connect Analysis, Credentials, and Developer Responsibility

SubmitWise is designed as a developer analysis tool for Mac, iPhone, and iPad. It helps users connect to App Store Connect through API keys, import app metadata and reports where permissions allow, compare public App Store competitors, and turn those signals into practical product, revenue, review, optimization, localization, accessibility, launch, and release-readiness tasks.

SubmitWise is independent from Apple and is not an official Apple, App Store Connect, App Store, or Mac App Store product. App Store Connect data, report availability, API permissions, review data, analytics reports, Sales and Trends reports, public App Store search results, and metadata are provided by Apple or by the data you import. They may be incomplete, delayed, unavailable, rate-limited, region-specific, or changed by Apple.

You are responsible for ensuring that you are authorized to use any App Store Connect Key ID, Issuer ID, private .p8 key, vendor number, report, or account data you provide to SubmitWise. Use appropriately scoped API keys, keep your device and credentials secure, enable iCloud Keychain credential sync only on trusted personal devices, and revoke keys in App Store Connect if they are no longer needed or may be compromised.

SubmitWise analysis, recommendations, task suggestions, competitor comparisons, ASO guidance, accessibility checks, launch planning, and release readiness notes are informational aids only. They do not guarantee App Store approval, downloads, revenue, ranking, conversion, subscription retention, review outcomes, legal compliance, tax treatment, accounting accuracy, or business results. You remain responsible for verifying data, making product and business decisions, and meeting all Apple Developer Program, App Store Connect, tax, legal, accounting, privacy, and platform obligations that apply to your apps or organisation.

8T. DiskLint - Mac Developer Cleanup, Review, and User Responsibility

DiskLint is designed as a native Mac developer cleanup tool for app makers. It helps users scan generated developer clutter from tools such as Xcode, iOS Simulator, Android, Flutter, Node, Gradle, package managers, IDEs, Docker, Homebrew, language tools, and local project build folders.

DiskLint is not a general-purpose Mac cleaner, backup product, data-recovery product, system repair service, malware scanner, legal compliance tool, or guarantee that all files it identifies are unnecessary for your workflow. Cleanup labels, presets, summaries, and explanations are informational aids only.

You are responsible for reviewing selected items, exact paths, cleanup presets, retention settings, project folder choices, and safety labels before cleaning. Generated files and caches may be recreated later, but cleanup can still cause slower builds, re-indexing, package downloads, simulator setup work, loss of local emulator/simulator state, missing old symbolication files, or other workflow interruption.

DiskLint is designed to protect source code and sensitive CoreSimulator operational data by default, and to move eligible selected items to Trash where supported. You remain responsible for maintaining backups, preserving important archives or debug symbols, choosing only folders you are authorized to inspect or clean, and restoring or emptying Trash according to your own Mac workflow.

8U. Am I Wrong? Vote - User Content, Voting, Moderation, and Age Suitability

Am I Wrong? Vote is designed as a community voting app where users can post everyday situations and other users vote Yes, Unsure, or No. It is intended to help people get outside opinions in a neutral way, not to enable bullying, revenge, harassment, public shaming, doxxing, or targeted attacks.

You are responsible for the legality, accuracy, and appropriateness of posts, comments, reports, profile details, votes, and other content you submit. Do not post real names, phone numbers, addresses, private photos, threats, hate, sexual content, or identifying personal details about other people. You grant us a limited licence to host, process, display, moderate, remove, de-identify, and preserve that content as needed to operate and protect the service.

Community votes are opinion signals only. They are not legal, counselling, workplace, medical, financial, parenting, relationship, safety, or professional advice. Vote results may be incomplete, manipulated, biased, sarcastic, or based on limited context. You remain responsible for your own decisions and for seeking qualified help where needed.

Am I Wrong? Vote may use community rules, banned-word filters, report controls, block controls, moderation queues, content removal, account restrictions, suspensions, bans, and other safety tools. We do not guarantee that all harmful or rule-breaking content will be detected before users see it.

You must be at least 16 years old to use Am I Wrong? Vote or create an Am I Wrong? Vote account. Because the app uses user-generated content and community voting around personal situations, it has a 16+ rating and is not intended for children under 16. Final eligibility, age-gating, account creation, and content rules may be adjusted upward before release based on applicable law, platform rules, online-safety requirements, and store review outcomes.

Am I Wrong? Vote may offer subscriptions or in-app purchases for posting access, extended voting, or related digital features. Free vote limits, subscription benefits, moderation decisions, account restrictions, refunds, and restored entitlements may affect access to posting or voting features.

9. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

10. Third-Party Services

Some Apps rely on third-party services to provide functionality, including Google Firebase (for authentication, database hosting, Cloud Functions, App Check, and storage/media handling where enabled), Apple/Google sign-in providers (if you choose those options), Apple/Google app-store billing systems, Apple TestFlight and App Store Connect, push notification providers, ad providers, location/map providers, ABN Lookup services, and content/forecast providers used to supply requested app data.

Beta Bridge currently uses Firebase Authentication, Firestore, Cloud Storage, Cloud Functions, Firebase Cloud Messaging, Sign in with Apple, Apple StoreKit, Apple Push Notification service, Apple TestFlight handoff, optional App Store Connect API metadata requests, and Google Mobile Ads / AdMob. Free users may see ads, including rewarded ads where offered. Paid remove-ads or developer-plan entitlements are intended to remove ads from the account where supported.

StreetTucker uses Firebase Authentication, Firestore, Firebase Cloud Functions, Firebase App Check/App Attest, Sign in with Apple, Apple StoreKit, Google Mobile Ads / AdMob, Apple MapKit, CoreLocation, camera-based QR scanning, and ABN Lookup services where those features are enabled. Vendor pins and trading locations are based on vendor-maintained information or vendor-selected location tools, not continuous live vendor tracking.

Sports Hakken uses Firebase Authentication, Firestore, Firebase Cloud Functions, Sign in with Apple, optional CoreLocation/Near Me location features, Apple Calendar/EventKit for user-initiated calendar saves, and public source/import tooling for event directory maintenance. If paid event listing or organiser-plan features are released, Sports Hakken may also use Apple StoreKit and server-side entitlement checks.

Am I Wrong? Vote is expected to use Firebase Authentication, Firestore, Cloud Functions, App Check or similar abuse-prevention tools, Sign in with Apple and/or Google sign-in where released, Apple StoreKit and Google Play Billing for subscriptions or in-app purchases, push notification services where enabled, and moderation or filtering services needed to run user-generated content safety workflows.

A Traders Journey is expected to use local on-device save and preference storage, Apple StoreKit for optional ad-free subscriptions, and Google Mobile Ads / AdMob for free-tier post-travel ads where ads are enabled.

COSMO WARDEN is expected to use local on-device save and preference storage for core play. Optional platform services such as Apple Game Center, Google Play Games Services, cloud save, achievements, leaderboards, haptics, sharing, or store review prompts may be added later where supported.

BlackHole Drop is expected to use local on-device save and preference storage for core play. If production ads or paid features are released, it may use Apple StoreKit, Google Play Billing, and Google Mobile Ads / AdMob for remove-ads, pass, rewarded-ad, interstitial-ad, restore-purchase, and entitlement behavior where enabled.

SubmitWise uses Apple Keychain and, if enabled by the user, iCloud Keychain for credential storage. It contacts Apple's App Store Connect API for account-authorized app data and Apple's public App Store search/lookup endpoints for competitor discovery. On Mac, SubmitWise can read user-selected report files for import.

DiskLint uses macOS sandbox, app-scoped bookmarks, user-selected file access, Finder/Trash behavior, and developer-tool commands where supported to scan and clean selected local developer clutter on the user's Mac.

Your use of third-party services may be subject to their separate terms and policies. You agree to comply with applicable third-party terms when using the Apps (for example, wireless data or platform service agreements).

11. Payments, Refunds, and Chargebacks

Where paid features are offered, transactions are processed by the platform provider (for example Apple App Store or Google Play). Billing, refunds, and cancellation rights are handled according to the applicable platform rules and local law.

Beta Bridge may offer one-time purchases, consumables, subscriptions, listing slots, boosts, remove-ads, developer plans, credits, or rewarded-ad credit opportunities. Boosts and paid visibility tools are promotional placement features only; they do not guarantee downloads, testers, applications, approval by Apple, TestFlight capacity, or acceptance by any developer. Credits, rewards, boosts, BetaBank features, and entitlement benefits may be adjusted, withheld, reversed, or removed where required for fraud prevention, abuse handling, refunds, chargebacks, technical correction, or enforcement of these Terms.

StreetTucker may offer a one-time customer Remove Ads purchase and vendor subscriptions such as monthly, 6-month, or yearly plans. Subscription pricing, duration, renewal terms, cancellation, and restoration are handled through Apple StoreKit and your Apple account. Unless otherwise shown in the purchase flow, subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled.
